We treat our vendors as partners, so over 90% of the revenue per coffee goes back to you. We receive less than 15¢ per redemption to cover basic costs!

Every customer that comes to your shop has the potential to upgrade to a specialty coffee, with 100% of the upgrade going back to you!
You get an exclusive territory
We won’t partner with another coffee shop within your immediate vicinity within your building, allowing you to build a community with your local members.

It’s dead simple to implement
No need to connect to your POS, download another app, or install new hardware. Redemption is simple for staff—training is as easy as pouring a cup of coffee. We’re ready when you are!
There’s no contract, and no commitment
We don’t lock vendors into contracts—if Perked isn’t working for you, just give us three month’s notice so we can find a replacement. Our goal is to keep you because it works, not because you’re stuck. We signed a memorandum of understanding so we are both on the same page.
FAQs
How do I get paid?
You get paid at the end of each month. We calculate the total number of coffees redeemed at your location and send you payment and an invoice for every coffee redeemed through stripe (which ensures zero fees and fast secure payment).
What’s required of my employees?
Not much! Just confirm the customer’s redemption on their phone and serve the coffee as usual. We encourage upselling and great customer service, but nothing else changes. We also provide reference materials and videos for your employees once you’ve signed up.
How do I track the number of coffees sold?
You don’t have to—we track everything for you! If you’d like to track it too, just ring in a $0 order under “Perked” and compare it with your dashboard anytime.
What if there’s a discrepancy in our numbers?
It could be a process gap or, rarely, misuse. We’ll show you how to review your sales in our system, and if you spot an issue, just let us know right away. While we generally go by our system, we’ll always work with you to resolve any concerns quickly and fairly.
