Founded by Ala Nahal and Charlene, the shop reflects Ala’s passion for pastry—discovered while working at Amandine Bakery and refined through Parisian training. After opening his first bakery under the name Terra, the couple rebranded to Patisserie du Soleil, inspired by a golden sunset drive and a shared love for warm, honest food.
